SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship to nearly every country in the world. We DO NOT ship to South Africa, China, Hong Kong, and United Arab Emirates at the moment due to shipping limitations.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within the US. 

On all other orders, we offer calculated carrier shipping. This can be calculated after you enter the shipping zipcode during the checkout process.

When will I receive my print within the U.S?

Arrival time = Transit time + Processing time

Prints and other items are processed and shipped in 1 business day via USPS first class mail which includes tracking in the U.S. Transit time is 3-5 business days via USPS first class mail. If you choose U.S Priority mail, the transit time is 2-4 days. All prints will arrive in a sturdy flat mailer depending on the size of the print.

How do you ship internationally?

Most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. For international orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, shipping time is approximately 6-10 business days. Sometimes a package may get held in customs. This is beyond our control and we are unable to predict if a package will get held. For this reason, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping time.

Am I responsible for customs and duties?

Yes. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries. Please check/estimate using a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow for 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

What is your return or exchange policy?

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase just send us an email at support@craftstreetdesign.com within 30 days. We'll refund, exchange, and/or resolve the issue. 

What if my order is damaged?

In the rare case that your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of the damaged product. Please email support@craftstreetdesign.com

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

If your order gets lost in the mail, we will ship you out a replacement (or issue a refund) at no additional cost.

With the COVID-19 situation putting extra strain on mail carriers, it's possible your package may take longer to arrive or not update on tracking. We're seeing nearly all these packages arrive. We ask for your patience in these situations. We will send out a replacement once it's past our shipping timelines based on your zipcode.

Color is not what I expected, what do I do?

Colors may vary slightly due to different resolutions on screens and printers. But if the print is way off from what you expected, please email support@craftstreetdesign dot com and we will make it right.

Are your prices in USD ?

Yes, all our prices are in USD. Please check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you’ll be charged in your currency.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet. We'll be offering these in the near future.

Where are you located? Where do the items ship from?

Every product is designed in Cupertino, CA and our items ship from our warehouse in California

Why are your prints so pricy? 

Every print is designed and takes anywhere from 10-80 hours to create. It’s a museum-quality print that lasts a lifetime and has a luxurious feel to it that makes the recipient feel special. It also comes with a handwritten personalized tag with the recipient’s first name in a calligraphic style in the front and your message on the back. We also have free shipping, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. In order to maintain this level of quality and service, we had to price the prints appropriately.

What type of paper do you use?

We use musuem quality art paper for all our prints. It varies on the print, but they range from 285 gsm  (thickness), which gives them a beautiful, subtle texture, and substantial feel in your hand. Most of our prints are printed on natural white paper.

What type of printing process do you use?

All of our art prints are printed using the Giclée printing method. 

Do you take custom orders?

Do you offer framing?
