Waka Seol Young-woo “Japan plays the exact opposite of Uzbekistan…they win in 90 minutes

Hwangseon Hongho wildcard Seol Young-woo (23-Ulsan) has revealed his team’s determination to win against Japan.

Seol was chosen as the final pre-game interview for the Hangzhou Asian Games, a day before the men’s soccer final between Japan and South Korea on Sunday at 9 p.m. (KST) at Huanglong Sports Center Stadium in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Seol’s expression was one of determination as he stood in front of the media ahead of the team’s training session at the auxiliary stadium, located right next to the final venue at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

He said, “All the players and staff have worked hard and united to get here. No matter how much I think about it, there are so many reasons to beat Japan,” he said.

When asked to name the biggest reason to win the match, he said, “It’s Japan, and that alone is enough reason to win.”

In Korea’s Asian Games ball sports, especially soccer, it is said that without a gold medal, even a silver medal is a failure. This is because of the symbolism of the gold medal itself, as well as the military service benefits that come with winning. This year’s tournament featured many players aged 22 to 24, including Seol Young-woo, Lee Kang-in, Jung Woo-young, and Uhm Won-sang.

“It doesn’t mean anything unless you win first place. I’m sure all the players feel the same way.”

From the group stage to the quarterfinals against Uzbekistan on Nov. 4, Hwang Sun-hong’s team went through six games unbeaten. There was not a single hiccup.

“The best thing is that it doesn’t matter who plays or who doesn’t play,” said Seol Young-woo about the team’s characteristics. I think we rotated well. I felt that we had more strength than our opponent in the quarterfinals, so I don’t think physical strength will be a problem (in the final).”카지노

On the preparation process for the Korea-Japan match, he said, “(Usually) we have a meeting tomorrow. I only send (the players) videos of the opponent’s analysis,” he said, adding, “I don’t think they’re young. They have good fundamentals and good passing. I think they play the opposite soccer to Uzbekistan, so we will prepare accordingly.”

South Korea last won the gold medal at the 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games after a hard-fought overtime victory over Japan in the final. When asked if he had a number of overtime games in mind, he replied, “We will finish in 90 minutes. We have good results so far, so we are confident.”
